  5. DARN! is a simple program with a simple task:  to remind you of
  6. events that occur on the same day each year.  Tax payments,
  7. dividends, mortgage payments, even birthdays and anniversaries are
  8. entered onto a master list (which can hold up to 300 such events).
  9. A week before the event a reminder appears on your screen.  The
  10. reminder is repeated through the day of the event.

  12. DARN! is not a TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) program.  Thus it
  13. takes absolutely no memory from your other applications.
